1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Alvin. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

2. Acceptable Use

When using Alvin, you agree to:

• Not use the service to generate content that depicts minors in sexual or harmful situations.
• Not use the service to harass, threaten, or harm real individuals.
• Not attempt to extract or reverse-engineer our prompts or system instructions.
• Not use automated tools to access the service in ways that exceed normal usage.
• Not create or share scenarios that contain hate speech, promote violence, or violate applicable laws.
• Report content that violates these guidelines using the in-app reporting feature.

3. Content

All narrative content in Alvin is fictional and should not be interpreted as factual information, professional advice, or endorsement of any behavior described within stories.

Content may occasionally be unexpected, inaccurate, or inconsistent with your preferences. We continuously work to improve content quality and safety, but cannot guarantee perfection.

4. User-Generated Scenarios

You may create and publish scenarios for other users to enjoy. By publishing a scenario, you:

• Grant Alvin a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your scenario to other users.
• Confirm that your scenario does not infringe on any third-party copyrights or intellectual property.
• Accept that your scenario may be reviewed, flagged, or removed by our moderation team.
• Understand that scenarios with multiple reports may be automatically hidden pending review.

5. Intellectual Property

You own your conversation history and the creative input you provide. Alvin's scenario content, characters, and system design are the property of Alvin.

The responses within your conversations are provided for your personal use. You may share your conversations using the share feature.

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove user-generated scenarios that violate our guidelines. Users who repeatedly violate our terms may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

Our hard limits system allows you to specify content you never want to encounter. We make best efforts to respect these limits, but content may occasionally deviate.

7. Limitation of Liability

Alvin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Emotional distress caused by content on the platform.
• Service interruptions or data loss.
• Actions taken based on content on the platform.
• Content created by other users in shared scenarios.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Alvin after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
